Underarm laser hair removal in Warrington

£190 for a course of 3 · £350 for a course of six

Underarms are the area most people start with, and the one they’re most pleased about. The session takes about ten minutes. The hair is usually coarse and dark, which is exactly what the laser responds to best, with most people see a visible difference after two sessions.

What to expect

You’ll shave the area the day before. We’ll clean it, apply cooling gel, and work across in overlapping passes. It stings in short bursts rather than continuously, and it’s over quickly.

Expect redness and slight bumpiness around each follicle for a few hours — occasionally into the next day. Deodorant goes back on after 24 hours, not before.

Underarms typically need six to eight sessions, four to six weeks apart. Hormonal factors can push that higher, and we’ll be straight with you about it at the patch test rather than at session seven.

Aftercare, short version

  • No gym, sauna, steam room or hot showers for 24 hours either side
  • Loose cotton clothing for the rest of the day
  • Chilled aloe vera if it feels hot, so keep a bottle in the fridge
  • No fragranced products or deodorant for 24 hours
  • SPF 50 daily if the area sees sun
  • Drink plenty of water, which really does help
  • Some redness is normal — ring us if it hasn’t settled by day three

things people ask

Yes, for the first few. Shaving is fine and doesn’t affect results — waxing and plucking do, because they remove the follicle the laser needs to target.

Not for 24 hours. After that, back to normal. If the area is still tender, switch to something unfragranced for a couple of days.

Usually, yes. Most of the shadow under the arm is hair below the surface rather than pigment, and it goes as the hair does. Ingrown hairs and razor rash tend to stop being a problem after two or three sessions.
